Ingredients

10 plum tomatoes, chopped

4 large onions , chopped

8 green peppers, chopped

4 jalapenos , chopped

20 cloves garlic

1 qt Vegetable Oil

Preparation

Warm half the oil in a pan and add the vegetables, stir and let it slow cook for about 25 minutes on low. Start by adding the onions, then jalapenos, garlic, tomato, green peppers. Add the rest of the oil. Cook on low for about 45 minutes to an hour.
