2017 CHATEAU BUENA VISTA
Cabernet Sauvignon
Appearance
A dark ruby red in color.
Aroma
This Cabernet Sauvignon offers fragrant aromas of black currants and cranberries.
Palate
Full-bodied and balanced with layered flavors of plum, blackberries and cherries. Notes of dark chocolate, oak and spice. Round tannins and a succulent finish.
Pairing
This pairs excellently with grilled flat iron steak and blue cheese butter, or a cheese board that highlights Stilton or similar blues.

French Sparkling Rosé
Appearance
The pink color is reminiscent of a vineyard peach.
Aroma
With a fruity nose, blending notes of citrus and small red fruits, the bubbles are soft and pleasant.
Palate
It’s well-balanced with voluptuousness and hints of red currents and pomelos, complemented by a nice acidity on the finish.
Pairing
This wine goes beautifully with lobster, scallops and other rich seafood dishes, or cheese plates that highlight lighter cheeses.
2017 JOLIESSE
Sauvignon Blanc
Appearance
A gorgeous golden hue within the glass.
Aroma
Bright and charming on the nose, this wine bursts with aromas of baked apple and tangerine.
Palate
On the palate flavors of apricot jam, sliced pears, and heirloom apples coat your palate layered upon hazelnuts and honeysuckle.
Pairing
This versatile wine pairs well with salmon, sharp cheddar, kiwi, and tart or rich desserts like olive oil cake, cheesecake or lemon tarts.
