Salsa Mex


Ingredients

6 ea. plum tomato, small dice

1 ea. roasted jalapeno, small dice

2 ea. red onion, small dice

½ bunch cilantro, fine chop

2 tbsp fresh lime  juice

2.5 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

2 tsp tequila blanco

Salt, to taste

Preparation

Mix all ingredients, except tequila, and season with salt. Adjust salt and lime juice levels as needed to taste. Add tequila at the end.
