Hosted in Chef Garces’ private studio kitchens, each class delivers Garces-level flavor and technique in an intimate setting — where learning, creativity, and connection come together around the table.

Classes are hosted in Chef Garces’ studio spaces and led by an in-person instructor. You’ll cook alongside other guests, enjoy what you prepare, and leave with confidence, new skills, and recipes worth repeating. The Cooking Academy offers a rotating catalog of curated classes, grouped into themed series that reflect Chef Garces’ culinary heritage, global perspective, and modern approach.
