Cilantro Aioli
Makes approx. 2.75 cups
Preparation
Blanch cilantro in water and puree in a blender.
Roast garlic and add to puree in blender.
Add lime juice and mayo.
Puree until fully combined and smooth.
Strain if necessary.
Ingredients
1 cup Mayo
1 bunch Blanched Cilantro Puree
1 tsp Lime Juice
3 cloves Roasted Garlic
½ cup jalapeno, brunoise
¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
